Here are our top NBA parlay picks for today:
Leg 1: Nuggets under 116.5 total points @ 1.83 (-120)
Our first leg looks at the defending champions Denver Nuggets ahead of their visit to Oklahoma City. The Nuggets made a solid 2-0 start but they are not the highest-scoring team and tend to win their matches on the defensive end. This is why we don’t think they will score more than 116 points on the road.
They scored 108 in their last outing, while in the season-opener and at home barely went over this target with 119 points. The Nuggets also scored more than 116 points only once in five preseason matches.
Leg 2: Paul George over 4.5 rebounds @ 1.77 (-130)
Our second leg for this parley looks at Paul George and his chances to grab at least 5 rebounds tonight. PG is fit and with a point to prove he will be aiming to put solid numbers all across the board. He’s already scoring 31.5 points per game and despite having only 3.5 rebounds on average over the first 2 matches he’s capable of much better on the glass.
George’s NBA career average is 6.4 rebounds per game. He’s been averaging 5.1 or more rebounds per game in his last 3 years with the Clippers. So, for him getting 5 rebounds should be an easy task based on all that.
Leg 3: LeBron James over 21.5 points @ 1.80 (-125)
Our next leg backs LeBron James to score at least 22 points in the road game vs the Kings. With AD still unpredictable in his displays the 39-year-old James has to continue being the leader of the Lakers.
LeBron scored exactly 21 points in the first 2 games of the season. He did that despite shooting below 23% from beyond the arc and not going to the free throw line at all in the first of those games. Even at his age and playing now reduced minutes (around 30) LeBron is clearly still a 20+ points player. That’s why we back him to score more than 21 for the first time this season.
