It seems that America’s two biggest entertaining entities the NFL and Taylor Swift are about to merge into one. For some time now there have been rumours regarding a potential connection and partnership between Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift. Well, after last Sunday in Kansas, it seems the rumours are true after all and we’re having a “Traylor” on our hands.

Just like any given Sunday at this time of the year the reigning NFL champions Kansas City Chiefs were preparing to host the Chicago Bears on Sunday, September 24th. However, the headlines were stolen by a certain attendee in the stands. The global superstar Taylor Swift was at the match, sitting right next to Travis Kelce’s mother Donna Kelce. Swift was there on Travis’ invitation as he admitted himself. On The Pat McAfee Show, Kelce went on to say: “I threw the ball in her court and told her, ‘I’ve seen you rock the stage in Arrowhead. You might have to come see me rock the stage in Arrowhead and see which one’s a little more lit.”

To pretty much disperse any lingering doubt regarding the relationship between Kelce and Swift the Chicago Bears correspondent Jarrett Payton – the son of NFL legend Walter Payton and a sports anchor for Chicago’s WGN9 News – hit the jackpot after the game while hanging at the back doors with his camera. His video of Swift and Kelce leaving the stadium together went viral worldwide in a matter of minutes and Jarrett Payton probably still can’t believe his luck:
