Cleveland Cavaliers vs New York Knicks – Game Predictions

This is a must-win game for the Cleveland Cavaliers who came into this series as favorites but now will have to win three straight games to advance.

Prediction 1: Cleveland Cavaliers to Cover the Spread (-5.5)

The Cavaliers had a solid season and it seemed like they are favorites to defeat the Knicks. After failing short in both games on the road, the Cavs are back at home and will stay in the series with a win tonight. They will have control of the scoreboard early in the game, something they didn’t do in the previous two games. Donovan Mitchell will step up and prove that he is the best player in this series. it will be a tough game as usual but this time, the Cavs will pick up their shooting percentage and win this one comfortably covering the -5.5 point spread.

Prediction 2: Caris LeVert over 13.5 points

Caris LeVert averaged 12.1 points per game in the regular season and is at 14.5 in the series against the Knicks. He scored just 3 points in the season opener but then went on to drop 24, 17 and 14 in the next three games. LeVert is the key man off the bench for the Cavaliers and he may get more playing time tonight as usual. The Cavs need some outside scoring that will come not just from Donovan Mitchell and LeVert will be that man tonight going over 13.5 points.
