Less than two months after Manchester City were crowned Champions of Europe, the Blues are set to get their 2023/24 season underway when they take on Arsenal in the Community Shield at Wembley Stadium on Sunday.
Over the past few years, Manchester City have enjoyed playing against Arsenal with the head-to-head record between the two sides heavily weighted towards City since Pep Guardiola became manager in 2016.
Both sides have gone through some major squad changes this summer with Arsenal welcoming the likes of Declan Rice and Kai Havertz through the door and Manchester City bringing in Mateo Kovacic and Josko Gvardiol.
