Al Hilal v Al Riyadh predicted lineups and team news

Al Hilal will be looking to make it four out of four as they have started all guns blazing in the Saudi Premier League. Driven by the form of star striker Alexandar Mitrovic, Jorge Jesus’ men have lit up the SPL with blistering attacking displays. A win would take them back to the top of the table.

Al Riyadh, on the other hand, will be looking to get out of their circle of three defeats on the trot. The men from the capital have endured a difficult start after a 17 year long hiatus as Yannick Ferrera’s boys have struggled to find attacking verve or defensive solidity.

Team news: Al Hilal

All eyes will be on Brazil’s newly crowned top scorer, Neymar Jr, as the Seleçao record breaker gets ready to make his Al Hilal debut. Stinking sensation Mitrovic will be buoyed by a hat-trick in his previous game and Ruben Neves should keep things ticking in the middle.

From an injury point of view, Jesus will be without Saudi star Abdulelah Al-Malki, who is out for a long term injury since January.

Al Riyadh will be in for a 90 minute onslaught against a fearsome frontline of Al Hilal. Knowledge Musona will have to replicate his goalscoring brilliance along with a solid defensive display if Al Riyadh are to have any chance. Yannick Ferrera will be looking at his defense to provide a fighting display.

Hussain Ali Alnowaiqi will be a big miss due to injury. However Senegalese player Bouly Junior will be a welcome addition to the squad.

Neymar debut and Mitrovic magic to continue?

Saudi Premier League has been pulling players in with their unprecedented financial firepower and Seleçao superstar Neymar is the shiny new addition. Fans will be waiting to see Brazil’s record goalscorer in Al Hilal’s blue but they may have to wait as he could come off the bench following his return from international duties.

The superstar that has already dazzled the fans is Alexandar Mitrovic. The Serbian striker has grabbed a hat-trick in the last game and he will spearhead a formidable Al Hilal attack. A trio of Neymar, Mitrovic and Malcolm will be a scary prospect for Saudi Premier League defenses.
