Prediction 2: Romania +37 handicap against Tonga @ 1/1 (2.00)
Tonga and Romania square off in a match that’s purely for pride on Sunday, and we say that Romania will salvage some against Tonga. This isn’t saying much, considering they’ve been absolutely trounced across their first three matches this tournament. However, we say Romania will put up a decent fight here.
There’s even a chance that Tonga will turn up discouraged after their underwhelming campaign, and Romania will come out firing, and this will end up being a 1-12 win for Tonga. Take this wager, and you’ll come away with a healthy 9/1 (10.00) return if you’re brave.

Prediction 3: Fiji -20 handicap against Portugal @ 11/10 (1.90)
Rounding out pool play, Fiji take on Portugal with a quarter-final berth on the line. The Flying Fijians need just one point from this match in order to qualify for the knockout rounds, and we say they’ll get the full five. Portugal are a good outfit, but it’s unlikely Fiji will misfire two games in a row, and after their quiet match against Georgia, Portugal should bear the full brunt of their assault this Sunday.
Expect a 21-30 margin here, with Fiji triumphantly knocking out Australia and setting a mouth-watering quarter-final against England next weekend.
