Lionel Messi is set to return having missed that match, they face a Toronto team rooted to the bottom of the Eastern Conference standings. The Canadian side haven’t won on the road since August 2022, giving The Herons high hopes they can pick up three points and close in on the playoff spots.

Inter Miami have won all three meetings at home against Toronto FC, scoring at least two goals in each of those matches. So fans that are tuning in on Wednesday evening will be expecting to be entertained. There are high hopes Messi returns to the starting lineup.

With tickets at the 20,000 seater stadium hard to come by since the summer transfer window, most people will be watching this game on TV or a mobile device. Although Inter Miami’s unbeaten run was ended against Atlanta, Messi still hasn’t lost when playing in an Inter Miami shirt and that record could be extended here.

If you can’t catch the game then look out for the highlights on the Major League Soccer official YouTube channel. They will upload the goals and best plays without any geographical restrictions. These are usually bitesize highlights that can be viewed in under ten minutes.

As with the UK the game is going to be streamed live for MLS Season Pass subscribers on Apple TV, because a Canadian side is involved there will be French commentary available alongside the regular English and Spanish language options.

If you have already subscribed to Apple TV you can bundle the Season Pass for an additional $12.99 per month, otherwise it is $14.99 for non-Apple TV subscribers.

Apple TV have signed a Global 10 year deal with the MLS for the next 10 years, so this is where fans can expect to watch the match live. For viewers in India the game will be taking place in the early hours of Thursday morning on September 21st.
