Prediction 1
Koepka to win the Masters Outright
(4/5)
Prediction 2
Rahm to finish top 2 Tournament finish
(8/15)
Day three at Augusta National featured cold temperatures combined with wind and rain making it an extremely tough day for the players.
The second round was finished in the morning after being suspended Friday afternoon. Tiger Woods made the cut on the number after Justin Thomas bogeyed the 18th, which moved the cut line to 3-over par.
Brooks Koepka (-13) continues to lead the tournament by four strokes over Jon Rahm (-9) and amateur Sam Bennett (-6). The three were grouped together for round three and only made it through six holes of play before the weather forced the round to be postponed until 8:30 a.m. ET. Sunday.
In this article, we’ll provide two Masters Day 4 betting tips.

The following Masters betting tips can be used before round three resumes. The wagers can also be made live, but the odds will change. We’ve included an “insurance” pick at the bottom of Koepka’s section.
Koepka to win the Masters (4/5)
The four-time major champion is finally back to full health and has his swagger back. Over the last couple of years, Koepka dealt with a knee injury which led to struggles on the course. In an interview on Saturday, the 8-time PGA Tour winner said he feels relieved to be completely back to normal.
Over his last five starts on the LIV Tour, the 32-year-old has earned two wins. Last week at the LIV Golf event in Orlando, Koepka fired rounds of 65, 65 and 68 to collect his 17th worldwide victory.

Despite his injuries and drop in form, the former World No.1 has quietly won in each of the last three seasons between the LIV Tour and PGA Tour.
Koepka is known for his ability to win major championships. From 2017-2019, Koepka won four of them and came close in 2021.
Koepka majors 2017-2021
Tournament | 2017 | 2018 | 2019 | 2020 | 2021 |
The Masters | T11 | DNP | T2 | T7 | CUT |

The Open Championship | T6 | T39 | T4 | NT-COVID | T6 |
PGA Championship | T13 | 1 | 1 | T29 | T2 |
So far at the Masters, Koepka has played great: rain or shine. He opened with rounds of 65 and 67. Despite the horrid conditions on Saturday during round three, he went one-under through six holes while most of the field was over par for the day.
The West Palm Beach, Florida native ranks in the top 10 at the Masters in greens in regulation, putting and driving accuracy.
Koepka 2023 Masters Stats
- GIR: 4th, 25/37 greens (74.5%)
- Putting: T7th, 1.55 putts per hole
- Driving accuracy: 9th, 26/32 fairways (81.25%)
Koepka has three top 15s in his last five Masters appearances including his T2 in 2019. He’s played 14-of-26 (54%) rounds under par at Augusta National.
With a four-stroke lead and a clear forecast slated for Sunday, it’ll be hard to overtake the experienced player known for clutch final rounds in majors.
Alternative bet for Koepka
If you want “insurance” on Koepka, the “Masters winner to be American” bet is available with a line of 4/7. Americans Collin Morikawa and Patrick Cantlay are in a T-4 at 5-under par. Fellow countryman Sam Bennett is in solo third at 6-under par.
Masters Day 4 Tip
The following bet is for the rest of the tournament.
Jon Rahm to finish Top 2 (8/15)
The World No. 3 opened his Masters with rounds of 65 and 69 in the first two days. For his third round, he’s currently 9-under par with 12 holes remaining and 30 left for the entire tournament.
At 8/15 odds, with a three-stroke lead over Sam Bennett and a four-stroke lead over Morikawa and Cantlay, a top 2 finish seems likely. The best thing to happen for Rahm was the third round being suspended. He was 1-over through six holes. He’ll likely play in good conditions for the rest of the event.
Rahm entered the Masters as arguably the best player on tour in 2023. In a period of 1.5 months, from January 8 to February 19, Rahm won three tournaments: the Sentry Tournament of Champions, the American Express (back-to-back starts) and the Genesis Invitational.

Although the Spaniard has a strong track record on the course, he has yet to win at Augusta. Rahm has two top-5 finishes, four top-10 finishes, and two ties for 27th in six outings. Never once has he missed a cut. In 26 rounds at the Masters, he’s played 15 of them under par (57.6%).
