This competition may only be two days old, but we’ve already seen a whole host of terrific performances. We’ve had thrills, spills, breathtaking wins and crushing defeats, and if the first two days are anything to go by, day three should provide those in attendance and those watching on TV with no shortage of entertainment.

The third day will be the first day of the meeting without both a morning and an afternoon session. Monday features just one session, an evening session that will begin at just after 18:30 local time, which is 17:30 British Summer Time.

Kicking off day three will be the qualification for the Women’s Pole Vault, and while that’s going on, we’ll see the both the female and male 400m hurdlers in action for the first time at these championships. Later in the evening, there’s the small matter of the Men’s Discus Throw final, not to mention the Men’s Triple Jump Final.
