The Wimbledon Championships are coming to a close. It’s been a terrific 10 days of tennis so far, and day 11 promises more of the same. Of course, you’ve come here for some Wimbledon betting tips ahead of day eleven too. And that’s exactly what I am about to deliver for you. As a reminder, day 11 will host the two ladies’ semi-finals, and the two matches should be fantastic to watch.
In the first semi-final, Ons Jabeur will take on Tatjana Maria. And in the second semi-final, Halep will take on Rybakina. Both of these matches are scheduled for Centre Court, as is expected at this stage in the championships. The action is due to kick off at 1:30 pm today, so stay tuned in if you want to watch those matches live.
Day Eleven Wimbledon Betting Tips
Up until this point, I’ve been providing at least three Wimbledon betting tips per day. But now, with just two singles games scheduled today, I shall be focusing on just two matches. However, I’ve decided to produce two tips for each game to give you a couple of options – and here they are:
Jabeur vs Maria
The first semi-final on Centre Court today is Maria vs Jabeur. The tournament that Maria has enjoyed until this point has been nothing less than a fairytale. She has had significant amounts of time away from the tour to start a family. And with two daughters, she will be aiming to make them proud once again. As for Jabeur, it’s been nothing but tennis for the last few years. She has soared through the rankings to now boast a position of the 2nd best player in the world. For me, she is one of the prime favourites to go and win the tournament from here.
With that said, I’ve just given you the first of my Wimbledon betting tips for day 11. The first tip is for Ons Jabeur to win, although the odds for this are currently at 1.12. So instead, it’s best to shoot for Jabeur to win by a score of 2-0 in sets, for which you can get 1.40 odds right now. And since the first tip didn’t show amazing value, I recommend that you also consider a Jabeur handicap (-5.5). The odds for this are 1.80, which is much more appealing.
Halep vs Rybakina
This match should be a closer contest compared to the first semi-final match. However, the odds are still stacked in favour of one of them – Simona Halep. The odds for Halep to win are 1.32, which is just about respectable enough to justify going for this market. These two have played twice in recent times too, and Halep has won on both occasions. I should also point out that Halep was looking sensational against Anisimova yesterday. So for me, I think she has the potential to win this one in straight sets.
As for the odds for this market, they are sitting at 1.90.
