Given the surface and the conditions in Cincinnati, things certainly favor Daniil Medvedev for this match. However, Lorenzo Musetti is a talented player, and he can produce some magical stuff when he hits top gear.
But given that Medvedev beat him in straight sets just last week, I feel that the following markets are the best shout:

These two guys have only played once, and as mentioned above, this match took place just last week. Medvedev beat Musetti by a score of 6-4 6-4 in that match, and it was pretty comfortable for the Russian. So with that in mind, and due to the conditions at the Cincinnati Open, I think it will be a repeat of last week.
Under 21.5 games
As you can see from the result last week, the match had 20 games played in total. That’s about right for a straight-set victory with just a single break in each set. At the same time, depending on who serves first in each set, it could well just be 18 games in total if there is a single break in each set. So again, I feel this market is a likely winner.

Lorenzo Musetti is a very talented player – everybody knows this. However, he has often struggled to beat the best in the world, which Medvedev certainly is. Then again, he did have a decent win over Dan Evans in the first round, and this was a straight-set victory. But I must point out, Medvedev is on a different level to Evans on hard courts.

At the moment, Daniil Medvedev is the 3rd best player in the world, as reflected in the number 3 seed he has been given for this event. Additionally, he loves this part of the season, as his game is well-suited to the hard courts of North America. And assuming he serves well, it could well be a comfortable win for him today.
Musetti vs Medvedev head to head
As referenced a couple of times above, these guys do have some recent history that I can share with you. They played in the Canadian Open last week, which was a third-round match, and Medvedev was the victor in straight sets. And since the conditions in Toronto and Cincinnati aren’t all that different, the signs point to a 2-0 head-to-head lead for Medvedev once this match is played later today.
