Our favourite Lauren Davis vs Alycia Parks predictions

Both players are around the 50th spot in the WTA rankings and eventual success in Guadalajara, may launch any of them much higher.

Alycia Parks to win @ 9/10 (1.90)

This will definitely be a tough match, with both players having many ups and downs lately. Parks won their previous match this year, and she seems better prepared. Being seven years younger than Davis also goes in her favor, given the conditions in Guadalajara. Parks has a much stronger serve and forehand and playing on a hard surface will give her the benefit to take advantage of it.

Over 21.5 games @ 17/20 (1.85)

The first match between the two earlier this year went to the third set and saw 30 games in total. Parks has one of the best serves on the tour and she can hold on to her serve most of the match. Davis is an experienced player who is given equal chances of winning this match. Having all this in mind, it seems like we are going to watch another long match that will go over 21.5 games in total.

The odds in this article were correct at the time of writing, and the odds are subject to change. We recommend checking with your bookmaker before placing a bet.
