In the last two matches, Ruud had no trouble going past Laslo Djere and Francisco Cerundolo. Ruud already won one tournament this season, winning in Estoril in the final against Miomir Kecmanovic. This is the third consecutive time for Ruud to reach the semis in Rome and he is hoping for the first final.
