In what has been a rather rainy week in Paris, it’s about time we all had some blockbuster matches to look forward to. That said, one of the biggest 4th rounds of the bunch is Auger-Aliassime vs Alcaraz, for which I’ve provided my tennis predictions today right here.

Our favourite Felix Auger-Aliassime vs Carlos Alcaraz predictions

The 4th round stage of Roland Garros is finally here. This is when the big guns cross paths, which is certainly the case with Auger-Aliassime vs Alcaraz – scheduled for June 3rd in Paris. Both guys are playing fine tennis right now, and both can play top-level stuff on the red clay. So – what does this mean for the most suitable markets you can cover for this match?

Auger-Aliassime to win a set – yes @ 4/6 (1.67)

It’s worth mentioning at this point that Auger-Aliassime has beaten Alcaraz on three separate occasions in the past. In fact, he has a winning record over the 3rd seed, which is impressive. And with that in mind, combined with the fact that he’s just beaten the 15th seed in straight sets, I think Auger-Aliassime will grab a set in this game.

Alcaraz to win & both to win a set – yes @ 6/5 (2.20)

Assuming each of these two players wins a set, I believe it will be Alcaraz who comes out on top when the final ball is struck. As you can see, there are very appealing odds for this market right now, and with the way that Auger-Aliassime is playing, he could push Alcaraz all the way here.

Felix Auger-Aliassime vs Carlos Alcaraz odds

Looking at the most recent moneyline odds, Auger-Aliassime has just an 18.20% chance to win this one compared to an 87.50% probability for Alcaraz.

Can Alcaraz level the score with Auger-Aliassime in Paris?

Let us move on from predictions now to share some insight into both guys ahead of this match.

Felix Auger-Aliassime preview

Felix Auger-Aliassime has previously had great success at Roland Garros, showing that he can produce his very best on the clay in Paris. Additionally, while he has fallen off from his previous career highs, he looks to be pulling it together in recent tournaments. He seemed confident against Ben Shelton in round three, too, producing a three-set win over the 15th seed.

Carlos Alcaraz preview

Alcaraz is obviously one of the favourites to win the tournament based on his ranking and seeding for this event. Of course, we all know what kind of talent this guy possesses, yet he’s had to fight hard to reach round four of the French Open this year. Then again, like all of the best guys, I expect him to improve with each passing round.

Auger-Aliassime vs Alcaraz head to head

Despite what many tennis fans would think, Auger-Aliassime actually has a winning record against Alcaraz. He leads the Spaniard 3-2 in the head-to-head department, but Alcaraz has won their last two meetings in straight sets.
