Yulia Putintseva
Putintseva is ranked at No. 51 with her career-high being at No. 27. The Kazak player is 11-11 for the season and 3-2 on clay. In the first round in Rome, she defeated Viktoriya Tomova by 6-7, 7-6, 6-0. Her best result this season was the quarterfinal in Hobart where she lost to Anna Blinkova.
Coco Gauff vs Yulia Putintseva Head to Head
This will be the third match between Gauff and Putintseva and the American teenager won the previous two. Their first meeting was in 2021 in Rome when Gauff won 7-5,4-6,6-4. She also needed three sets last year in Madrid, when she won 6-1, 2-6, 6-4.
