The German ace continues to rise up the rankings, joining the top-five after his Indian Wells quarter-final run. He defeated Felix Auger-Aliasssime in the first round in straight sets. The duo have met once before, the German triumphing on the Geneva 2023 clay courts.

Eubanks had a very good 2023 season, in which he won his only ATP tournament to date, in Mallorca. The American however didn’t start his 2024 campaign well.
The first signs of struggle were obvious in his very first match at the Auckland Open, which he lost to Botic Van de Zandschlup. After that, Eubanks managed to beat Taro Daniel at the start of the Australian Open, but was eliminated right after in the second round, after losing to Andrey Rublev in straight sets.
Eubanks than played for the USA in Davis Cup, where he beat the low-ranking Viacheslav Bielinksyi of Ukraine, before appearing at the Dallas Open, where he lost in the second round to James Duckworth.
Current ATP ranking – where is Eubanks on the ATP list?
Eubanks is currently 16th in the ATP rankings, which is fairly close to his best ranking ever, which was 29th.
