ATP Paris Masters Predictions – Most Likely Winner

Since the draw is now published for the ATP Paris Masters, we have an idea of who is placed where. We also know which players are entered, who the top seeds are, and who is playing who in the opening rounds. I’ve taken a look at the draw recently, and based on what I’ve seen in terms of seedings and draw placement, I’ve created a few predictions based on the possible winner. Of course, everybody wants to win the final Masters event of the year, yet there will only be one guy who leaves with the crown.

Paris Masters Predictions

So, who will it be? That’s exactly what I aim to answer through some key information shared within. Will it be the mighty Carlos Alcaraz, who is the top seed? Or will it be one of the veterans in the form of Rafael Nadal or Novak Djokovic? Or perhaps it will be somebody else entirely! Let’s take a look and see who has the most realistic shot of winning the tournament.

Predictions for the Paris Masters This Week

The draw is looking extremely strong for the Paris Masters this week. As you’ve no doubt guessed already, the draw is full of the world’s top players. Guys like Medvedev, Alcaraz, Nadal, Djokovic, and many others are involved in the action. Yet of the many top guys who are playing, there are just three guys who I feel have a great chance of winning the tournament. Let me cover these players right now:

Felix Auger-Aliassime

If you were to make a prediction based on player form alone, it would be tough to look beyond Felix Auger-Aliassime. This guy really is the man to beat at the moment. Since losing his opening game in Kazakhstan, Auger-Aliassime has been tearing up the tennis world. He has won three titles in a row, posting a 13-match win streak in the process. And he also beat Novak Djokovic at the Laver Cup before going on this run.

He is the 8th seed in Paris, which puts him in the same half as Carlos Alcaraz. However, he smoked Alcaraz in Basel last week, so I wouldn’t bet against him doing it again.

Novak Djokovic

Novak Djokovic has enjoyed a similar run of form to Auger-Aliassime, only it isn’t quite as recent. In his quest to qualify for the End of Year Masters, Djokovic played a few lower-level tournaments to secure points. He managed to win the event in Tel Aviv followed by the tournament in Kazakhstan, beating both Medvedev and Tsitsipas in that event. And since Djokovic won the Paris Masters last year, he obviously enjoys the courts.

He is in the same half as Nadal, and the pair might meet in the semi-finals if all goes as planned.

Daniil Medvedev

Last up I’d like to mention Medvedev. The fiery Russian made the finals in the Paris Masters last year before losing to Djokovic in a three-set thriller. He won the event in Vienna last week too, showing signs of the level of tennis that we all know he can produce. Medvedev beat top players like Sinner and Shapovalov to win the event last week, so he is obviously playing well.
