For the first time in MotoGP history, a race will be held in India. The Buddh International Circuit will play host to the thirteenth round of this season’s championship and it its highly anticipated, as the title fight is hotting up.
This Grand Prix weekend comes two weeks after the last one, which was dominated by Jorge Martin, who took pole position and won the Sprint as well as the Grand Prix at Misano. This result, in addition to two third-place finishes by a wounded Francesco Bagnaia, mean that the gap between the two top riders in the standings is down to 39 points.
As usual, there will be three days of action in India. This was in doubt as a lot of team personnel, including riders, had issues with their visas and their arrival to India came later than anticipated. The MotoGP website will have live broadcast of all sessions for both the MotoGP class, as well as the Moto2 and the Moto3 classes, which feature younger riders. The broadcasts will be available worldwide via its subscriber-based platform, VideoPass.
For MotoGP, the lead commentary will be done by Matt Birt, who will have Louis Suddaby alongside him. The crew is completed by Simon Crafar, a former MotoGP rider who will give his insights as well as reports from the pitlane and interviews with the riders.

TNT Sports 2 will be the home of all MotoGP action for the Indian Grand Prix weekend in the United Kingdom. All action will be live, for all three classes, with analysis taking place between sessions. Gavin Emmett and Neil Hodgson will be the commentary duo for MotoGP, with Suzi Perry, Sylvain Guintoli and Michael Laverty presenting the shows.
For those interested in the free-to-air coverage of the event, things will be tougher. A highlights package lasting one hour will be shown for the British fans of MotoGP. That will be broadcast on Tuesday at 12:30 am on ITV4.

For the American fans who wish to watch MotoGP on television, Sunday’s Grand Prix will be broadcast on NBC, on delay. The broadcast will commence at 2:30 PM Eastern Time, eight and a half hours after the Grand Prix begins.

Australian fans will enjoy the entire weekend of action live for all classes, as Fox Sports 505 and Kayo, Foxtel’s streaming platform, will host the broadcast. The coverage for the Sprint race will get underway at 7:35 PM. For the Grand Prix, the broadcast will begin on 7:58 PM. Through the following week, there will be plenty of replays on both Fox Sports 505, as well as Fox Sports 506.
