A home win for Sutjeska
We kick off our three predictions with a home win. In respect of basic form, Sutjeska are currently on a run of three matches without a win and only have three wins in their last 10. Despite facing a team in Gagra that have won eight of their last 10 we still think they’ll have enough to get the win here. The key thing to remember is that Gagra, whilst they’re a decent enough side, are only plying their trade in the second tier of Georgian football. With the experience Sutjeska have in Champions League and Europa League qualification games, they should record a win.
A low scoring encounter
Sutjeska might have our backing to win this match but we don’t see the game being chock full of goals. The Montenegrin side have only exceeded 2.5 goals three times in their last 10 matches with an average of 1.9 goals. Gagra tend to be involved in more high scoring matches with an average of 3.2 goals per game. Even so, they’ve only actually gone over 2.5 goals in half of their last 10 matches. Gagra are responsible for most of the goals their games see though and they might find getting in behind Sutjeska somewhat harder than their usual opposition.
Milutin to deliver the ‘Majic’
Sutjeska might be going through a spell of results that are far from perfect but Milutin Osmajic is in good form. The attack minded midfielder has missed the club’s last couple of games but prior to that ended the season in great form. He scored five goals in the last three games taking his tally to the season for 14 goals. When everything you touch turns to goals, all you need is a chance and there is a large possibility that he’ll get one or two of those against Gagra.

Sutjeska vs Gagra: Sutjeska to take first leg lead
Sutjeska are the team with all the experience in qualifying stages for big tournaments but their warm up friendlies haven’t really gone to plan. Despite that, they’ll be confident of seeing off the challenge in front of them; certainly they’ll expect to win the home leg. With good young players like Milos Drincic and Vladan Bubanja in the spine of their team, they’ll be a tough nut to crack for Gagra.
Despite what we’ve just said about the hosts, Gagra won’t be scared about travelling to Montenegro. The Georgian outfit are in great form and know they have the ability to cause an upset. Their main threat will come from Tamaz Makatsaria; he has 12 goals to his name including two in his last appearance.
