Saudi Arabia to win again
We’ve touched on the fact Saudi Arabia have made the perfect start to qualifying already and we are backing them to keep the 100% start going here. It’s not just in qualifying where Saudi Arabia have impressed either the; they’ve won nine of their last 20 games including winning their past eight. By stark contrast, China have lost two of their last three games. Saudi Arabia edge the head to head record too!
There will be goals
Next up amongst our trio of tips is the total goals market and we’re backing over 2.5 goals. Saudi Arabia have gone over the all important cut off three times in the last five. China have exceeded the 2.5 threshold in four of their past five games. The goal averages make for reasonable reading too. Saudi Arabia have seen a total of 12 goals, which averages at 2.4. We realise that’s south of where we need to be but China’s average is a threshold obliterating 3.6.
Al Shehri to score
Our third and final prediction for this match is that Saudi Arabia forward Saleh Al Shehri will score at some point during the match. He might only have one goal in six appearances for Al-Hilal this season but he has bagged two in two for his country. The fact he takes spot kicks for Saudi Arabia increases the prospects of him netting too. With China having conceded in each of their last four games it’s probably not too much of a stretch to imagine Saleh Al Shehri getting on the scoresheet again.

Saudi Arabia vs China: Team Overview
Saudi Arabia
Saudi Arabia have kicked off their World Cup qualifying campaign in fantastic form having taken maximum points from each of their first three games. Our goal scorer tip, Saleh Al Shehri, is the main threat to the China defence but his club teammate Salem Al Dawsari shouldn’t be overlooked either. His game time has been limited at Al-Hilal but when he pulls on the Saudi strip he seems to take his game to another level.
China
China’s start to qualifying hasn’t been nearly as impress as that of Saudi Arabia. They’ve only managed to win the solitary game with two defeats already against their names. Lei Wu, who plies his trade in La Liga with Espanyol, netted a brace in his last outing for China. He’ll be highly confident of impacting this game in a positive way.
